Kickstart Your College Journey with Summer Bridge
Start college with confidence! C4 Summer Bridge programs are designed to help you hit the ground running before your first semester even begins. Connect with new friends, explore campus, and build relationships with faculty who are invested in your success.
C4 Summer Bridge is a dynamic, week-long experience created just for incoming first-year students majoring in education.
This non-residential program gives you a head start on what it means to be a future teacher inside and outside the classroom. You’ll explore how educators shape learning, especially in math and science, while building the mindset, confidence, and professionalism needed to thrive in college and beyond.
You’ll also connect with faculty and current student leaders who are here to support your journey and help you succeed.

Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
As part of the project, I-65 will be closed Monday, June 1-Friday, July 31.

Program Goals:
The C4 Bridge Program is a FREE week-long opportunity for incoming education majors to explore campus resources, get to know their future classmates and professors, and learn their way around campus.

Summer Bridge By The Numbers
100% of participants complete their 1st year at UofL
Splilt between 12 commuter and 14 residential
Participants hail from 17 ZIP codes and across 4 states
10 participants identified as first-generation college students.
It was such a unique experience and I felt so loved and so connected afterwards.
