Add-on Certification program for School Social Work

About Social Work Add-on Certification
Candidates who have earned a Master's in Social Work (MSSW) may be eligible to add School Social Work certification. There are typically three courses required to add certification including:
- MSSW 630, School Social Work
- MSSW 642, Psychopathology
- EDSP 644, Applied Behavior Analysis
Candidates should apply for admission to the Kent School of Social Work and Family Science to pursue this certification. The College of Education and Human Development certification specialists work closely with the faculty and staff in the Kent School to recommend candidates for certification.
