Overview
The Office of Research, Innovation & Community Engaged Scholarship supports faculty, staff and students through research, professional development and doctoral studies in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD). The office promotes responsible research that meets the highest standards of integrity. It also helps ensure compliance with legal, professional and ethical requirements while protecting against conflicts of interest in research.
The work of the CEHD Office of Research, Innovation & Community Engaged Scholarship supports the goals of the Dean's 2025 Plan. It also advances the University of Louisville's vision of becoming one of the nation's top 20 public metropolitan research universities through the following goals:
- Achieve a positive work climate that supports flourishing and a sound fiscal position.
- Achieve recognition as the premier academic unit for community engaged scholarship and innovation.
- Achieve recognition for our diversity of research and programs spanning human development that prepare students to work within and across educational, organizational, and sport ecosystems as well as the mind and body sciences.
