Create an account to apply for admission; begin application

Note: Do not order transcripts; we will work with you to order transcripts on your behalf

Complete Personal Data, Residency Data, and Education Plans sections of application

Note: On the "Education Plans" section, select "no" in response to "Do you want to apply to an online degree program?"

Complete Program Choice section of application

• Select "College of Education and Human Development"
• Select "Higher Education Administration – Ft. Knox (MA)" for the degree program.
• Select "Spring 2025" as the term.

Complete Test Information and Academic Background sections of application

Note: You may skip the "Test Information" section.

Complete Recommendations section of application

• One recommender will be Tom Burgess from U.S. Army Cadet Command. His email is clifford.t.burgess.civ@mail.mil. Please make sure you select YES to "Use Online Reference Form." Waiving access means that you will not be able to see the recommendation, and you may select either YES or NO.
• The other recommender will be John Lilygren from U.S. Army Cadet Command. His email is john.d.lilygren.civ@mail.mil. Please make sure you select YES to “Use Online Reference Form.” Waiving access means you will not be able to see the recommendation, and you may select either YES or NO.
• After you submit your application, the email addresses provided will receive instructions on how to submit their recommendations. Alternatively, letters may be sent to gradadm@louisville.edu.
