Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL)
Designed for working professionals with at least five years of experience, this program allows you to earn tuition-free credit for prior workplace learning and experience.

Educational Leadership and Organizational Development (PhD)
Our doctoral program encompasses five specialty areas and seeks to prepare researchers, scholars and scholar practitioners and develop competencies in basic and applied research to advance educational and organizational theory and practice.

Earn credit for what you know
The Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL) program allows students to earn college credit for learning outside the traditional classroom through the Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) process. This process awards credit based on demonstrated college-level knowledge, skills and abilities, not life experience.
